Evidence suggests increased health, vitality, and well-being, reported by tens of thousands of SKY meditation practitioners, which are consistent with empirical research findings. Over 70 independent studies conducted on four continents and published in peer-reviewed journals, have demonstrated a comprehensive range of benefits from SKY practice.

          SKY meditation uses cyclical, rhythmic patterns of breath to bring the mind and body into a relaxed state, leading a meditative state to arise. Its effects have been studied in open and randomized trials, both in healthy populations and in populations with psychopathology.
